Dear Parents, Guardians, administrators, faculty and staff, The Wilcox Central High School Graduation is scheduled for this Friday, May 27 at 6 pm at the gymnasium. This year's ceremony will be held in the gymnasium because of the inclement weather we have experienced for the past four days and the condition of the field. WCPSS employees must retrieve their ticket by 12:00 PM, Friday, May 27th. Dear Parents, Guardians, administrators, faculty and staff, The Wilcox Central High School Graduation was scheduled for this Friday, May 27 at 6 pm on the football field. However, due to the possibility of inclement weather, the gymnasium may be used as an alternative location. A final decision will be made on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 1pm. If the ceremony is held in the gym, each senior will be given eight tickets for their family and guests. This was communicated to them at Thursday's rehearsal. In regards to administrators, faculty and support staff, a limited number of tickets is available on a “first come, first served” basis at the high school for pickup; one ticket per employee permitted. The tickets are “admit one person” only; the ticket is for the employee not a guest of the employee. Thanks in advance for your cooperation, The Wilcox Central High School Graduation Committee

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Mental health is essential for a person's overall health. This month was established in 1949 to increase awareness of the importance of mental health and wellness in Americans' lives, to celebrate recovery from mental illness and to help reduce the stigma so many experiences. The green ribbon used to represent mental health is the international symbol for mental health awareness. This month, wear a green ribbon to show colleagues, loved ones or simply those you walk past that you care about their mental health. It can also be worn in memory of a loved one.
